Nel programma di Momondo, in cui siamo presenti nella sua seconda edizione, ci hanno chiesto di decidere una meta del proprio paese d'origine da descrivere in inglese per ispirare il lettore a visitare quel determinato luogo in un primo momento (noi di Persacolmondo abbiamo presentato Venezia), ed ora di votare quello di un altro traveler!
Tra le tante proposte abbiamo deciso di condividere con voi questo articolo di @viaggio_contigo che ha voluto fare una presentazione di Marzamemi, un piccolo villaggio di pescatori in provincia di Siracusa, in Sicilia.

"As a good Sicilian, I definitely recommend a visit to Marzamemi, a small fishing village in the province of Siracusa.
One of the most beautiful things to do in Marzamemi is to walk among its alleys and get lost in its narrow streets.
This village is very characteristic and offers really suggestive views where colors predominate. You'll find colors everywhere: colorful little houses, colorful windows and colorful flowers in every corner.
Not so far from the small historic center, there are two small natural harbors, La Fossa and La Balata, which frame the nightlife. This whole area is full of cafes, restaurants and bars. If you love good food or are looking for food and wine souvenirs, you are in the right place.
For lovers of the sea and nature, just 10 km from Marzamemi there is the Vendicari Nature Reserve. It is an area where you can find areas of fresh water, salt marshes, coastal dunes and miles of pristine beaches, moreover, the oasis is in fact a famous destination for those who love birdwatching."
